The Story
I made this rose for my very first Galentine’s flower exchange, and it made the whole event feel even more meaningful. There is something special about giving a handmade gift, especially to people you care about. Seeing how much my friends loved their flowers made this project one I’ll always remember.
CHNKY Note
One of my favorite things about this pattern was getting to combine different crochet techniques in one project. The strawberries were stuffed like little amigurumi, while the flower was made from flat pieces shaped with floral wire. It was a fun change of pace and gave me the chance to practice a little bit of everything.
